Nestled close to the park, the La Brea Tar Pits Museum boasts an enormous collection of animal fossils that have been recovered from these pits. Everything from a tiny bug to the Columbian Mammoth is covered in this complex display. In a lively fifteen-minute presentation, the museum also offers a show called Ice Age Encounters that tries to replicate the surroundings and lives of these creatures. The fossil lab, which is a working lab where palaeontologists are always studying and researching on fossils to reconstruct the past, is another amazing and real-time display. To petrolheads, Los Angeles is utopia. If you missed seeing any of the incredible automobiles on the street, you may see cars from the last two collections at two enormous museums. The amazing Peterson Automobile Museum is the second, after the historic Nethercutt. Twenty-five galleries of the museum house over a hundred cars on exhibit. Many of you have undoubtedly seen some of these very well-known cars on TV. Among these are the well-known 1964 Aston Martin DB5 from James Bond: Skyfall, the recognizable Batmobile from Batman Returns (1992), Disney’s beloved Lightning McQueen, and, for drifting enthusiasts like Ken Block, his 2011 Ford Fiesta from Gymkhana 3! For those who want to learn more about the nuances of these amazing vehicles, the museum offers instructional tours as well as several specialized displays honoring various automotive eras and types. Known as The Vault, it is a private, underground collection of some of the most costly and rarest automobiles ever made in the world during the past 100 years. 11. Griffith Park

12. California Science Center

18. Runyon Canyon Park

An amazingly beautiful natural place in Los Angeles is Runyon Canyon Park. Here are great views and treks available, the city noise is gone, and the air is clean. Along with walks leading you through this amazing setting to vista spots from where you can see things like the Hollywood Sign, the Griffith Observatory, and on a clear day even the Pacific Ocean, it is replete with lush green trees and shrubbery. Exploring the park and the several pathways will take you a wonderful few hours outside. There are a few ways to enter the park. You can opt to ascend the canyon counterclockwise or clockwise when you enter from the bottom; both are excellent trails that take between thirty and forty-five minutes. Start your hike from the southern approach to Vista, which will take you through the canyon’s axis and up to the second highest point on it, if you’re seeking a more difficult route. You could need more than an hour to go up and down this trail. Hiking Indian Rock is the highest point, though. You can get to the top by a couple of different paths, and the sweeping and amazing views are there. After a journey largely involving exploring the city, spending a few hours at the park will undoubtedly leave you feeling rejuvenated and ready to take revenge!

24. Oak Glen
