Thrills under the beautiful Californian sun at Knott's Berry Farm

Visit the theme places, but also be amazed by everything else!
The Disneyland Resort is in Anaheim, which is a great place for family fun. You can also visit the theme parks in Southern California and Orange County’s beaches. People come to the city all year for the parks, but the city’s secret gems and local culture surprise them.

Famous Places to Visit
Disneyland Park, the first theme park in the series and one that Walt Disney himself opened in 1955 is the place that gets the most guests. In the nearby Disney California Adventure Park, you can learn about the history and culture of the state. The Downtown Disney District is where you can shop and have fun. This amusement park is close by and is called Knott’s Berry Farm. It is famous for its roller coasters, fried chicken, and Peanuts characters.

Top-level sports
Fans can see a Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim game at Angel Stadium from April to September when baseball season is in full swing. For a small fee, you can even go behind the scenes at the stadium. From October to April, the Anaheim Ducks play hockey at the Honda Center, which is also used for concerts. The Anaheim Convention Center, which is 149,000 square meters, is another busy place close by. The West Coast’s biggest conference center is there. The Anaheim Regional Transportation Intermodal Center (ARTIC) station makes it easy for all these tourists to get around the area. It connects all the tourist spots and more to train, bus, and taxi services. The platform is pretty during the day and even more beautiful when it’s lit up at night.

A paradise for shopping and eating
More than 20 independent sellers set up shop in the Anaheim Packing House food court, which is in a building that used to be a citrus packing plant from 1919. It’s a great spot to try a wide range of foods, from international dishes to high-class dining and classic American comfort food. At South Coast Plaza or Fashion Island, you can browse high-end shops, and at The Outlets at Orange, you can find great deals. It’s also easy to get to Orange County’s 68 kilometers of beaches and day trips to Catalina Island. Other great places to visit include Universal Studios Hollywood, SeaWorld San Diego, and LEGOLAND California.
